Darryl is a hyphenate who loves to imagine he’s a movie character and embraces art of video editing. Having worked in multiple cities and gaining experience from it, he is no stranger to the film world and knows what to do to get things done.

He graduated from Sunway University with a Diploma in Performing Arts where he was honing his video editing skills. After that interned as a PA/editor.

In 2021, he graduated from SAE Institute with a Bachelor of Film, by this time he sparked interest in the art department set decoration and props. He stayed on for a little longer in Melbourne to seal his name in shows on Netflix, NBC and Stan.

As of now, he is back in his humble hometown of Kota Kinabalu starting fresh again as an editor with dreams of making local indie films.
